How to make a booking ?
Please fill the Booking form available on each services.
Try to describe us your special request on the "description" box available on the form.
Try to recheck your email address before submitting your request.
How long does it take to get the reply ?
We will reply all your request / reservations within one business day.
How to pay the reservation ?
We will need your credit card details once the reservation is confirmed.
Your credit card will be used as a guarantee and will be charged if there is any cancellation within certain period of cancellation policy.
Normal procedure is for full prepayments on at least 30 days before your arrival, payments can be made with cash when your arrive at Bali or Bank transfer.
How to cancel the reservation ?
Please use the provious correspondence to cancell the booking or to amend the booking. Cancellation penalty will be applied based on our cancellation policy.
I can't send fax. What should I do?
One of facilities you may comfortably utilize to contact us, is fax. And we provide one fax numbers that you access, in which we always ensure whether both of them are working properly. But should you find any problem in sending fax to us, please make sure that you observe these following steps:
1. Please enter your country's International Direct Dialing numbers
2. Dial 62 - the country code of Indonesia
3. Dial 361- the area code of Bali (Bali's complete area code is 0361, but you must dial without 0)
4. Dial our fax numbers: 772325
