Special internet rates are valid for booking made though our websites NOT direct to the hotel, Special internet rates are including 21% tax and service charges and are quoted in US Dollars, Room rates are per room per night, Special package rates are per room per package, Packages tours / spa and others are quoted per person.
Check-in time is after 02:00 PM, with check-out by 12:00 noon on day of departure. Extra / additional bed is subject to a per person, per day surcharge. American Breakfast (ABF) or Continental Breakfast (CBF) and transfers are not included unless otherwise stated in the service. Breakfast (ABF/CBF) is for two persons in 1 room. Marinebalitours.com rates include 21% tax and service. Late check-outs or day use of your room is available until 18:00 hrs, the price is 50% off room rate.
If your hotel is not on our site, please supply us with details of the hotel and we can follow up for you. Please be aware some Hotels have seasonal surcharges, please read respective conditions carefully before making reservation in order to avoid any misunderstanding of rates. Theses rates are applicable only when reservation is made through Marinebalitours.com. If you cannot find out rate of hotel you're looking for, please contact us for more information.
procedure of reservation
All confirmed reservation need to be guaranteed by a valid credit card (Visa/Master), The credit card details shall be faxed to +62-361-772 325, The credit card will be used to guarantee the reservation and will be charged if there is any cancellation made according to our Cancellation Policy, Hotel voucher will be issued once the credit card detail is received and will be faxed to your fax number and to the respective hotel.
terms of payment
All rates for accommodation in Bali are quoted in US dollars; however, in case of payment by credit card, local regulations require that all charges are made in Indonesian Rupiah converted at rate of exchange applied by Indonesian banks for selling US dollars on day of debit.
All payment will be collected by our representative upon arrival in Bali (if you have transfer with us) or Payment will be collected by our representative a day after check in at the hotel, Payment will not be to the hotel.
exchange rate fluctuations
Difference in personal statement balances can occur and are due to the fluctuations with the Indonesian Rupiah and bank processing time. Marine Bali Tours can not hold the responsible for these differences.
cancelation
Normal Season : One night room charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date, Early check out will be charged one night room value.
July & August [High Season] : One night room charge for any cancellation within 21 days prior to the arrival date. Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 7 days prior to the arrival date. Early check out will be charged two nights room value
20 December - 10 January [Peak Season] : One night room charge for any cancellation within 45 days prior to the arrival date. Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date. Full nights room reserved will be charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date. No refund for early check out
For non-hotel activities (cruises, spas, rafting, etc.) Cancellation Fee will apply 1 (one) day before the event, except for Jogja Tour, Lombok Tour, Ritz Carlton Spa, Thalasso Spa, and airfare bookings.
